How refund requests are considered for eligible digital products, orders and services.

Digital products
Digital software keys, downloads or subscription products can have different refund rules from physical goods. Eligibility may depend on whether a key or download has been delivered, revealed, redeemed, activated or otherwise used.
When a refund may be considered
We may review requests involving duplicate charges, an undelivered eligible order, a materially incorrect item, or a verified technical issue that cannot be resolved after reasonable troubleshooting. Supporting order details may be required.
Non-refundable situations
A refund may be unavailable where an eligible digital key has already been successfully delivered and redeemed, where the issue is caused by unsupported compatibility that was clearly disclosed, or where a request falls outside applicable product terms, except where law provides otherwise.
Physical products, if offered
If a product page specifically identifies an item as physical, any return instructions shown for that item will apply in addition to applicable consumer rights. Do not send items to an address unless return authorization or instructions have been provided.
Requesting a review
Submit the order number, purchase email and a short explanation through the Contact Us page. Approved refunds are returned through an available original or otherwise appropriate payment method, subject to processor timelines.
